Where can I buy Conch meat?

One of the problems with sharing specialty recipes is that some of the ingredients are not readily available. If you have lived or traveled in the Bahamas or the Caribbean you were able to easily access conch meat for cooking or you enjoyed it at many eateries.

Canned conch meat is not the same thing at all so if you want to put together any of the conch recipes that we share here you don’t want to try them. So “where can I buy conch meat?”

I was so happy to find the same brand of conch meat that we use on AMAZON! There is one seafood market that had all sorts of great items available. They could become your go-to source for unusual seafood!

It is the same brand that we have available locally in Brevard County Florida at Island Seafood Market located in Merritt Island. If you are near Merritt Island I would encourage you to get your conch there. They sell it in smaller defrosted quantities. They also sell the same large 5 lb. box of frozen conch that is available on Amazon.

Charleston Seafood has the most/best reviews and is available on Prime.

When ordering a box of the conch, it may be individually wrapped and it may not. Defrosting will be an issue so be prepared to store a large box or bag in your freezer until you decide how much you are going to use.
